Teams showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. They had no problem installing a wifi enabled thermostat instead of the original one in their proposal. We also got a new AC unit (not pictured) - they will come back in the spring to test when the weather is warm enough to see if it can be made colder! The company provided the permit and we scheduled the inspection - work passed with no problem from the City of Fairfax (gas furnace). The inspector also looked at the AC unit but I wasn’t exactly sure why.

I recently purchased a new furnace and AC from Air Treatment, replacing a very old system. They were able to do the installation the very next day, which was a nice surprise. The price was very fair, but more importantly the technicians that did the installation were excellent. They were friendly, thorough, careful, courteous, professional and worked extremely hard, despite encountering some unexpected issues. The finished product looks excellent and works very well.

My wife and I are highly satisfied with the service for my furnace that we received from your company. My wife, suffering of bad allergies, was interested in knowing whether the air quality in the house could be improved. The Technician, Mr. Dee, arrived right on time and did a wonderful work. I saw that he knew exactly what he was doing in a professional way. The outcome was that the system is working now much much better than before and my wife has also been able to sleep better now. Mr. Dee is an honest and pleasant person; he went the extra-mile in explaining to us what to do in order to improve the performance of the system and gave me some ideas on how to manage the thermostat in order to save fuel and work more efficiently. Also, communicating with your office was very easy. I did not waste time talking to a computer or being transferred to another line. The receptionist always answered quickly in a calm and polite way which is not too common nowadays. She and Mr. Dee are an asset for your company. I will certainly continue using your service and I will recommend your company to family and friends.

Amazing service and highly recommend! My HVAC unit stopped working just as the cold front came in a few weeks back and Air Treatment Co was able to fit me in the next day. The technician, Mike, did an awesome job diagnosing the issue and replacing the thermostat, and then spent a generous amount of time explaining new functionality with the newer model and providing other recs. Will definitely be calling them again with any other issues after a great experience!

Very helpful. Next day service! Trevor patiently showed us the filter we needed to change/get and went the extra mile to provide a specific and very reasonable quote for a much needed hot water heater. Air Treatment has also been very responsive in the past / installing the humidifier and even engaging the owner to ensure all was well.

Very happy with Air Treatment and the entire team. This is the second time using this company and we will absolutely use again (although hopefully not anytime soon!) We recently needed them for two difficult ductwork problems in an older home in Fairfax. Not only did they tackle both issues but they were responsive and offered options along the way. We had tried working with NUMEROUS HVAC companies before this with many showing up to provide no estimate, a ridiculous estimate, no follow thru or solutions that required thousands of unnecessary dollars. Phil and team, tackled a complicated replacement of decades old ductwork in the basement, beneath the house and recently the attic. They took on a project with little concern that we had been told by dozens of other companies, was impossible, required construction, or needed an entirely new system. We found the team to be not only honest, but reasonably priced, responsive and professional. They showed up when they promised, completed the work above standard and were clean and courteous while onsite. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

Amazing service!! My cat fell from the kitchen vent into the basements HVAC vent in the laundry room. I panicked and called animal control, the fire department, etc… ALL said they couldn’t help. This company was able to get to me in twenty minutes, and cut her out! The man who helped us was so kind and used all the tools NECESSARY to save her life.
